Fixing a Connection With No Signal
On your wireless card or USB adapter, you should have a link light. If this light is not lit, you know you have lost your signal. If you have lost your signal, follow the steps outlined below to regain your connection. Check to see if you can log on after each step. Restarting Your Computer Shut your computer down. Re-Installing Device Drivers Make sure you have your floppy disk or CD that came with your wireless device. You will need to use it to reinstall your device drivers. It is also a good idea to check the manufacturer's website for new drivers before installing. Follow the manufacturer's instructions to properly install these drivers.
